Agar aap goals paper par nahi likhte ho toh woh sirf ek khwab bankar reh jayega. Agar apko gym jakar push ups lagane hai aur aap ko aalas aa raha hai toh aap bahana banakar taal doge par agar aapne paper pe likha hai with specific reason ki aapko Fit kyun rehna hai toh aap woh goal jaroor achieve karoge. Toh aap bina bahana banaye self motivated hokar gym jaoge.


Deadline rakhna

Aap joh bhi goals set kar rahe ho toh woh goal ke liye ek deadline set karo, agar aap aisa karte ho toh uss goal ke liye aapki priority badh jayegi. 
For example, agar aapka goal 5kg weight kam karna hai aur aap deadline nahi rakhte ho toh ye possibility hai ki aap woh goal pura karne me 1 ya phir 2 saal bhi lagado.
Par agar aap apne goal ke prati ek deadline set karte ho jaise, kisi particular date tak ya fir within 60 days mujhe 5 kg loose karna hi hai toh jaise jaise date nazdik aayega aap woh cheez par jyada dhyan doge.



Measuring and Revise



Har week apne goals ko measure kare agar apka goal weight loss karna hai toh har week measure kare aur agar aapke weight mein koi change nahi hoo raha hai toh aapko method change karna padega jaise cardio jyada samay talak kare ya phir aap new diet implement kare.
